随着油田开发进入中后期,大多数油井将进入高含水和低产低效期。利用长期停产无潜力井、低产低效井进行侧钻,可以实现与周边储集体的定向沟通,提高储量的动用程度,是实现该类型油藏高效开发的一种有效的工程技术手段。目前深井小井眼全程扩孔工艺风险大、不成熟,易出现折、断钻具事故,处理极为复杂;下小尺寸套管难以保证固井环空间隙和后续作业,致使采用裸眼完井的方式面临着较大技术难题。开展深井侧钻水平井钻完井技术先导试验研究将解决上述难题,实现地质有特殊要求且在不稳定地层钻进中的钻完井技术,使大批干井、枯井或停产井恢复产能,为油田深井的勘探开发、增储上产和可持续发展提供有力的技术支撑。
