教师教学质量评价是教学质量提升过程中不可缺少的环节,是提高学校教学质量的重要保证。高职院校人才培养模式和目标的特殊性,决定了教师教学质量评价的特殊性。构建高职院校教师教学质量评价体系,必须综合考虑、合理设计评价主体、评价内容、评价标准和评价策略等环节,以实现教师教学质量评价的科学性、客观性和公正性。
The evaluation of teachers’ teaching quality is an indispensable link in the process of teaching quality improvement and an important guarantee to improve the teaching quality in schools. The specialty of talent training mode and target in higher vocational colleges determines the particularity of teacher teaching quality evaluation. In order to construct the evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, we must consider synthetically, rationally design evaluation subjects, evaluation content, evaluation criteria and evaluation strategies so as to realize the scientific, objectivity and fairness of teachers’ teaching quality evaluation.
