冶金行业中的氧化铝厂由于广泛使用大功耗设备而成为高耗能的工业企业。为了降低生产过程的能耗,提高能源利用效率,分析了用变频节能控制策略取代节流控制的可行性,提出了基于该技术在国内某大型氧化铝厂的应用方案。首先讨论了变频节能技术原理,然后汇总了国内某大型氧化铝厂的基本生产情况与耗能数据,以其中典型工段为例,对早期节流控制与提出的变频控制的系统构成与控制方案进行比较。分析结果表明,与传统的节流控制相比,采用变频控制技术能够显著降低企企业生产成本和能耗,提高产品的技术含量和企业竞争力。方案不仅适合在各大氧化铝厂全面推广,还能够应用于其他冶金行业,实现节能控制的目标。
The alumina plant in the metallurgical industry has become a highly energy-hungry industrial enterprise due to the widespread use of high-power equipment. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the production process and improve the energy efficiency, the feasibility of replacing the throttling control with the inverter energy-saving control strategy is analyzed. Firstly, the principle of inverter energy-saving technology is discussed, then the basic production situation and energy consumption data of a large-scale alumina plant in China are summarized. Taking the typical section as an example, the system construction and control scheme of early throttling control and proposed inverter control are carried out Compare The analysis results show that, compared with the traditional throttling control, the adoption of frequency conversion control technology can significantly reduce the production cost and energy consumption of enterprises, and improve the technological content of products and the competitiveness of enterprises. The program is not only suitable for general promotion in major alumina factories, but also can be applied to other metallurgical industries to achieve the goal of energy-saving control.
