近年来由于工业部门需要更多更高质量的铜铝接头,因而探寻合适的焊接方法是一个迫切需要解决的问题。由于铜铝接头的熔化焊接有一系列的困难和缺点,接触焊则需要大功率和结构复杂的设备,从而促使人们对冶压焊进行研究。铜铝冷压焊研究及其实际生产运用表明,在质量、经济及生产率等方面均有其独特的优点,但目前对冷压焊机理及工艺还存在很大分歧。我们就冷压焊的主要工艺因素进行了试验,从而对冷压焊机理提出一些看法。
In recent years, due to the industrial sector needs more high-quality copper and aluminum joints, so to explore the right welding method is an urgent need to solve the problem. Due to a series of difficulties and shortcomings of the fusion welding of copper and aluminum joints, the contact welding requires high-power and complex structure of the device, thus contributing to the study of metallurgy welding. Cold-press welding of copper and aluminum and its actual production and application show that in terms of quality, economy and productivity have their own unique advantages, but at present cold-pressure welding mechanism and technology there are still very different. We cold-pressure welding of the main process factors were tested, so cold-pressure welding mechanism put forward some views.
