就目前来看,人们在对板料进行冲压成形的过程中,往往因为板料受压失稳而导致其出现起皱的现象,从而影响到后续加工质量。这需要研制了一种可重构的杆系柔性成型模具,通过将其应用在板料冲压成形工作中,有效证明了这种模具能避免起皱现象。通过多次实践证明,这种板料冲压成形工艺可以即有效的提高其工作效率,又能避免起皱现象的出现,最重要的是还能够进行小批量生产。因此,本文就该技术在板料冲压成形加工工艺中的应用进行相应的探究分析,以期为同类工程提供一定的帮助。
For now, people in the process of sheet metal stamping, often due to sheet metal instability caused by its wrinkling phenomenon, thus affecting the quality of subsequent processing. This requires the development of a reconfigurable rod flexible forming die, which has been proven effective in sheet metal stamping to avoid wrinkling. Through many practice proved that this sheet metal stamping forming process can effectively improve its work efficiency, but also to avoid the appearance of wrinkles, the most important thing is also able to carry out small batch production. Therefore, this paper discusses the application of the technology in the sheet metal stamping forming process, in order to provide some help for similar projects.
