Pressurized water reactor(PWR)is the mainstream technology of nuclear power plants in China,in addition,there are CANDU reactors in QinshanⅢNPP in operation and High Temperature Reactor-Pebble bed Modules(HTR-PM)in Shidaowan NPP in construction.The comparison of radioactive waste from various NPP technologies is listed in Table 1.The solid waste is less and gaseous effluent~(14)C is higher from HTR unit
