草根志愿者是伴随着改革开放的发展而逐渐成长起来的新生力量。草根志愿服务组织及其志愿者解决了许多政府无力解决的问题,影响着政府的政策及国家经济与社会的发展。但从我国草根志愿者的权益保护状况看,仍存在很多问题有待解决。本文将对于草根志愿者权益保护的相关问题进行探讨和分析。
Grassroots volunteers are new forces that have gradually grown up with the development of reform and opening up. Grassroots volunteer service organizations and their volunteers solve many problems that the government can not solve and affect the government’s policies and the country’s economic and social development. However, judging from the protection of rights and interests of grassroots volunteers in our country, many problems still need to be solved. This article will explore and analyze the issues related to the protection of rights and interests of grassroots volunteers.
