目前是中国电力体制改革的过渡期,过渡期的主要任务之一就是建立起一个全新的电力市场价格体系。电力改革过渡期的电价政策给电网企业带来了经营风险,从而影响到电网企业的生存和发展。
At present, it is a transitional period for China’s power system reform. One of the major tasks of the transition period is to establish a brand new electricity market price system. The electricity price policy in the transitional period of power reform brings business risks to power grid enterprises, thus affecting the survival and development of power grid enterprises.
