21世纪是科学技术经济不断发展的时期,在这样经济蓬勃发展的时代,各个企业之间的竞争也愈来愈激烈,在企业间的竞争的核心就是‘人’的竞争,人力资源管理是21世纪企业都需要解决的问题。在企业间不断竞争的情形下,人才的流失、专业技术人员的短缺等问题成为竞争中问题。笔者根据存在的问题提出解决对策,完善企业人力资源管理中的种种弊端,促进其持续发展。
The 21st century is a period of continuous development of science and technology economy. In such an era of economic boom, the competition among various enterprises is also getting fiercer. The core of competition among enterprises is the competition of people, and human resource management is 21 Century enterprises need to solve the problem. In the case of constant competition among enterprises, the problems of loss of talents and shortage of professional and technical personnel have become issues of competition. According to the existing problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve all kinds of malpractices in human resources management and promote its sustainable development.
