目的:观察远程缺血预适应(RIPC)对稳定型心绞痛患者(SAP)动脉僵硬度和心率变异性的影响。方法:选取SAP患者58例(观察组)和健康者44例(对照组)。监测并比较2组RIPC前后心血管临床参数(血压、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、脉波传播速度(PWV)、动脉僵硬度和心率变异性(HRV)指标。结果:对照组RIPC前后心血管临床参数均无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组RIPC前后收缩压(SBP)、中心动脉收缩压(C-SBP)、脉压(PP)、增强压(AP)、三角指数比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组RIPC前后SBP、C-SBP、PP、AP、高频(HF)、总功率(TP)的改变比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RIPC能降低SAP患者SBP并改善动脉僵硬度和心率变异性,具有抗心绞痛效应。
Objective: To observe the effect of remote ischemic preconditioning (RIPC) on arterial stiffness and heart rate variability in patients with stable angina (SAP). Methods: 58 SAP patients (observation group) and 44 healthy controls (control group) were selected. Cardiovascular parameters (blood pressure, oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse wave velocity (PWV), arterial stiffness and heart rate variability (HRV) were measured and compared before and after RIPC.Results: Before and after RIPC, (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in SBP, C-SBP, PP, AP, trigone index before and after RIPC in the observation group (P <0.05). The changes of SBP, C-SBP, PP, AP, high frequency (HF) and total power (TP) in two groups before and after RIPC were significantly different (P <0.05) .Conclusions : RIPC reduces SBP in SAP patients and improves arterial stiffness and heart rate variability with anti-anginal effects.
