目的:探讨超声聚焦治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法:对2011年9月~2012年3月间就诊的慢性宫颈炎的患者200例采用超声聚焦手术治疗,术前常规宫颈细胞学检查排除宫颈其他病变。回顾性分析手术效果和并发症。结果:超声聚焦治疗慢性宫颈炎成功率为92.5%(185/200),手术时间3~8min,平均3.5min,出血量5~20ml,术后无感染发生。结论:超声聚焦手术是一种安全、有效、快速、微创的治疗慢性宫颈炎的方法。具有手术时间短,出血少,术后恢复好,简单易行等优点。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultrasound focusing on chronic cervicitis. Methods: From September 2011 to March 2012, 200 patients with chronic cervicitis were treated by ultrasound focused surgery. All other cervical lesions were excluded by routine cervical cytology before operation. Retrospective analysis of surgical effects and complications. Results: The success rate of ultrasonography in the treatment of chronic cervicitis was 92.5% (185/200). The operation time was 3-8 minutes, with an average of 3.5 minutes. The bleeding volume was 5-20ml. No infection occurred after operation. Conclusion: Focused ultrasound is a safe, effective, rapid and minimally invasive treatment of chronic cervicitis. With a short operative time, less bleeding, postoperative recovery is good, simple and so on.
