本文报道,在前报分离得GⅠa 与GⅠb 同时得到多糖GⅡa 与GⅢa 的结构及其抗炎活性。将印度楝树皮热水提取物不被透析的组分加乙醇沉淀得粗多糖,经Sephadex G-100柱分离,得多糖GⅠ、GⅡ和GⅢ,冰冻干燥后得率分别为40%,20%和40%。GⅡ经Se-phadex G-50柱进一步纯化,洗脱后得GⅡa、GⅡb 和GⅡc。GⅢ经Seplladex LH-20柱处理,洗脱后得GⅢa、GⅢb 和GⅢc。GⅡa 与GⅢa 在HPLC、凝胶过滤和沉积分析法中均呈现单峰。在玻璃纤维电泳中亦为单个斑点。
