为了合理确定高速公路路基差异沉降控制标准,应用有限元方法计算不同路基差异沉降下路面结构附加应力,并将计算结果与路面结构层材料极限抗拉强度对比,提出了基于防止路面破坏的路基容许差异沉降变化率计算式;基于水力水文学方法建立了公路路表集中排水模型,提出了基于路表排水的容许差异沉降变化率计算式;基于差异沉降对行车舒适性的影响,分析了人体对车辆垂直振动响应的敏感性,建立了国际平整度指数IRI与路基差异沉降的关系;综合以上因素,提出了高速公路路基差异沉降控制标准;最后以某高速公路为例应用本方法进行了计算。结果表明:仅考虑差异沉降对行车舒适性的影响时,以差异沉降变化率0.1%作为沉降控制标准;考虑路面结构破坏和排水时,应根据公路具体设计参数计算确定差异沉降变化率,这能更客观准确地表征路基差异沉降标准。
In order to reasonably determine the control standard of differential subgrade settlement of expressway, finite element method is used to calculate the additional stress of pavement structure under differential subgrade settlement. Based on the influence of differential settlement on driving comfort, The relationship between the international roughness index IRI and the subsidence of the subgrade is established. Based on the above factors, the control criteria for the subgrade subsidence of the expressway are proposed. Finally, an expressway is taken as an example to calculate this method. The results show that only considering the effect of differential settlement on driving comfort, the rate of change of differential settlement is taken as the standard of settlement control. When considering the damage and drainage of pavement, the rate of differential settlement should be calculated according to the specific design parameters of highway More objectively and accurately characterize the subgrade settlement criteria.
