安委办明电[2016]12号各产煤省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产委员会:2016年9月27日,宁夏回族自治区石嘴山市林利煤炭有限公司三号矿井采煤工作面发生瓦斯爆炸事故,截至28日17时,已造成18人遇难、2人被困,事故抢险救援正在紧张进行。事故发生后,国务院领导同志高度重视并作出重要批示,要求千方百计搜救被困人
