目的 :探讨喉癌组织中抑癌基因 (WAF1 )的表达及其意义。方法 :采用 Western印迹杂交法。结果 :正常喉粘膜组织中有不同程度的 WAF1基因蛋白 p2 1的表达。 64例中有 47例 Western印迹杂交出条带 ,阳性表达率为 73.4%。喉癌组织中 p2 1也有表达 ,64例中有 33例 ,表达率为51 .5%。喉癌 p2 1阳性表达的 33例患者中 1 4例 p53表达阴性 ,但 p2 1无表达的 31例患者中仍有1 3例患者 p53表达阳性 ,且表达量较多。p2 1的表达与喉癌病理分级无关。结论 :p2 1蛋白在喉癌中的表达率低 ,p2 1蛋白表达障碍可能是喉癌发生、发展的重要机理。 p2 1蛋白表达不完全受 p53蛋白的诱导。
Objective: To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene (WAF1) in laryngeal carcinoma and its significance. Methods: Western blot hybridization was used. Results: The expression of WAF1 gene protein p21 in normal laryngeal mucosa was different. Of the 64 cases, 47 Western blot hybridization bands, the positive rate was 73.4%. The expression of p21 in laryngeal carcinoma was also observed, of which 33 cases were found in 64 cases, the expression rate was 51.5%. Of the 33 patients with laryngeal carcinoma p21 positive expression, 14 were negative for p53, but 31 of 31 patients without expression of p21 had p53 positive expression and more expression. The expression of p21 was not related to the pathological grade of laryngeal carcinoma. Conclusion: The expression of p21 protein in laryngeal carcinoma is low, and the expression of p21 protein may be an important mechanism for the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma. p2 1 protein expression is not completely induced by p53 protein.
