本文简要综述了联合国环境署和亚太经济与社会委员会于1986年11月联合召开的“道路运输发展环境影响评价研讨会”的讨论要点,如:公路环境影响评价的重要性、程序和技术,以及日本公路环境影响评价指南和示例。我国的公路环境影响评价工作刚在起步,缺乏经验,本文可供参改。
This paper gives a brief overview of the main points of discussion on “Symposium on Environmental Impact Assessment of Road Transport Development” jointly held by UNEP and APEC in November 1986, such as the importance, procedures and technologies of EIA, and Japan Highway Environmental Impact Assessment Guidelines and Examples. China’s highway environmental impact assessment work has just started, the lack of experience, this article can be changed.
