我国正处于社会文化需求的大发展时期,大众对文化服务的需求呈快速增长的趋势。改革开放以来,图书馆无论是在基础建设还是设施完善上都有了很大的改观和进步,但近年来在管理工作中还是存在很多问题亟待解决,特别是信息化时代的到来,对图书馆管理有着更高的要求。对于出现的问题,我们要制订创新策略、采取有效措施,实现图书馆优质高效服务于读者的终极目标,以促进社会主义文化的大繁荣、大发展。
Our country is in a period of great development of social and cultural needs. The public demand for cultural services shows a rapid growth trend. Since the reform and opening up, the library has made great improvement and progress both in infrastructure construction and facilities improvement. However, in the management work in recent years, there are still many problems to be solved urgently. Especially in the era of informationization, Management has higher requirements. For the problems that arise, we must formulate innovative strategies and take effective measures to achieve the library’s ultimate goal of serving the readers with high quality and efficiency so as to promote the great prosperity and development of socialist culture.
