我公司水煤气车间的9-19-13No.9D型风机,使用46219轴承,转速2950r/min,主轴直径φ95mm,采用油浴润滑.该风机为高压间断强制通风,振动较大,由于选用的润滑油粘度低,加上风机轴承过桥箱结构设计和两端密封材料选用不合理,造成油液长期跑、冒、滴、漏,得不到解决,每天需加油2kg左右.不仅油料散失严重,而且污染环境,稍有不慎即造成设备事故.经过反复查试,我们决定用润滑脂代替润滑油.
