目的:分析广东产大叶桉叶挥发油的主要化学成分,探讨其对小鼠的遗传毒性。方法:用气相色谱-质谱法分析大叶桉挥发油的化学成分,用归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量;采用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠胚胎肝转移微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。结果:分离出19个峰,并全部鉴定,广东产大叶桉叶挥发油主要成分为1,8-桉油素(84.15%)、γ-松油烯(4.82%)、对伞花烃(3.49%)、α-蒎烯(3.19%)等;桉叶油灌胃剂量400,200,100 mg/kg时,诱发的骨髓微核率、胚胎肝微核率、精子畸形率与阴性对照组相比,均无显著性差异。结论:本实验条件下桉叶油对小鼠无遗传毒性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the main chemical components of the volatile oil from Eucalyptus grandis leaves in Guangdong and to explore its genotoxicity to mice. Methods: The chemical constituents of Eucalyptus urophylla were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Conclusion: Eucalyptus oil has no genotoxicity to mice in this experiment.
