工作分析被誉为“人力资源管理系统的基石”,但随着知识经济时代的到来和经济全球化趋势的发展,组织架构和流程需要不断适应内外界环境的变化而进行优化甚至变革,导致组织的基本单元——工作——也在不断变化, 工作的稳定性、工作方式以及工作对任职者的要求等方面都发生着巨大的变革。在这种情况下,以工作岗位为对象的工作分析必然也要随之发展,目前主要出现了五个比较明显的发展趋势。
