王小平,男,38岁,山西河津人,汉族,中共党员,大学文化程度,中国企业家协会会员,现任山西龙门铝厂厂长兼总支书记,经济师。1981年6月参加工作,曾在山西铝厂财务处、机动处工作,后调入山西龙门铝厂,历任办公室副主任、财务科副科长、供销科科长、厂长助理、副厂长。1998年因工作业绩突出,被任命为厂长兼总支书记。 山西龙门铝厂是由中国铝业股份有限公司山西分公司作为控股单位与地方政府合资联办的股份制企业。该厂于1991年10月建成投产,现有职工450人,固定资产9800万元,主要产品为重熔铝锭和电工圆铝杆,设计产能为年产铝锭12000吨、电工圆铝杆
