天津实验动物中心与天津大学分析中心合作,使用双层保护膜维生素C添加剂生产鲤鱼颗粒饲料,在1400亩鱼池的生产性试验获得成功。 维生素C是鱼虾等水动物不可缺少的营养素。鱼类饲料中缺乏V_c就会发生厌食,生长缓慢,抗病能力下降,脊椎前凸或侧凸,鳍、表皮、肌肉出血,下颌糜烂,出血性眼球凸出。对虾饲料中缺V_c则生长缓慢,壳软,脱壳频度低,脱壳周期延长,产生红体病、黑白斑病、鳃混浊,严重者死亡。
