In order to explore the best indicator of bioketone biosurfactant, 110 male workers exposed to acetone in cellulose acetate plant were selected as research objects. The average age was 37.6 (18-56 years). The average professional working age was 14.9 (0.5-34.3) years. The drinkers accounted for 70.7% and the smokers accounted for 74.7%. Blood, urine and exhaled breath were collected on the first day after work day 3 kinds of specimens, 8h working class did not stay urine and exhaled breath collection. On the second day, urine and air exhaled were collected before class, the last blood sample was taken at the end of the class, urinary retention and exhalation breath were collected (the latter were completed within 5 min after the shift). Thus, a total of 220 blood samples, leaving urine samples and collecting exhaled breath sample of 440 copies.
