本文报道川附子制剂附于浸煮液及提取物801对麻醉开胸狗(16只)心脏血流动力学的影响:两药都显著增加LVSP、±dp/dt max和VCE-cpip,缩短t-dp/dt max。在用大量戊巴比妥钠深度抑制心血管情况下,以上作用更为显著。两药比较,附子浸煮液为强。两药都稍加快HR和增加CO,801还增加SI。它们增强心肌收缩性能和加快HR的作用可被心得安对抗,提示以上作用和兴奋心脏β1受体有关。附子浸煮液以升压为主,801倾向于降压;前者增加TPVR,后者则降低之;前者显著增加LVWI,后者增加不明显;两药都增加FAF。与DA和ISOP作比较,附子浸煮液和801的作用分别类似前两药。
This article reports the chuanfuzi preparation attached to the digestive juice and extract 801 anesthetized thoracodorsal (16) heart hemodynamics: both drugs were significantly increased LVSP, ± dp / dt max and VCE-cpip, shortened t -dp / dt max. The above effect is even more pronounced with deep inhibition of cardiovascular with large amounts of sodium pentobarbital. Comparison of two drugs, aconite cooking liquor is strong. Both drugs slightly accelerated HR and increased CO, 801 also increased SI.
