目的分析四会市2006—2010年肺结核流行病学特征,为有效制定肺结核防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对四会市2006—2010年肺结核疫情资料进行分析。结果 2006—2010年四会市共报告肺结核病例2 352例,年平均发病率为114.27/10万,各年发病率分别为111.75/10万、137.76/10万、134.10/10万、96.52/10万、87.67/10万;男性1 804例,女性548例,男女性别比为3.29∶1;年龄分布以20~59岁年龄组发病为主,共1 644例,占发病总数的69.90%;职业分布以农民、工人、民工发病为主,分别占总发病数的36.52%(859/2 352)、18.49%(435/2 352)、17.35%(408/2 352);全市13个镇(街道)均有病例报告,发病率居前4位的分别为东城街道163.78/10万(506例)、大沙镇149.31/10万(242例)、地豆镇147.90/10万(210例)、城中街道143.80/10万(607例);全年各月均有病例发生,无明显的季节高峰。结论 2006—2010年四会市肺结核发病总体呈平稳下降趋势,发病年龄以青壮年人群为主,提示该市肺结核防控形势依然严峻。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Sihui City from 2006 to 2010 and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of tuberculosis. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic situation data of tuberculosis in Sihui City from 2006 to 2010. Results A total of 2 352 pulmonary tuberculosis cases were reported in Sihui City from 2006 to 2010, with an average annual incidence rate of 114.27 / 100 000, with incidence rates of 111.75 / 100,000, 137.76 / 100,000, 134.10 / 100,000, and 96.52 / 10 There were 1 804 cases of males and 548 cases of females with a sex ratio of 3.29:1. The distribution of age was mainly in the age group of 20-59 years, with a total of 1 644 cases, accounting for 69.90% of the total cases. Occupation The distribution was dominated by the incidence of peasants, workers and migrant workers, accounting for 36.52% (859/2352), 18.49% (435/2352) and 17.35% (408/2352) of the total number of incidence respectively; ) Cases were reported, the incidence of the top four were 163.78 / 100,000 (506 cases), Dongsha Street 149.31 / 100,000 (242 cases), the town of bean town 147.90 / 100,000 (210 cases) The city streets 143.80 / 100,000 (607 cases); all cases occur throughout the year, no significant seasonal peak. Conclusion The overall incidence of tuberculosis in Sihui City from 2006 to 2010 showed a steady downward trend. The age of onset was mainly young and middle-aged population, suggesting that the prevention and control of tuberculosis in this city was still severe.
