循环流化床锅炉启动过程爆燃与炉膛结焦事故是常见的燃烧事故,控制不当严重威胁锅炉的安全、经济运行。从循环流化床启动前预防措施、启动过程控制以及爆燃后防结焦控制等方面进行论述,以期指导运行人员操作、控制。
The deflagration and the coking of the hearth during the start-up of a circulating fluidized-bed boiler are common burning accidents. The improper control of them seriously threatens the safety and economic operation of the boiler. From the circulating fluidized bed precautionary measures before starting, start-up process control and deflagration coking control and other aspects to be discussed in order to guide the operation of personnel operations and control.
