目的探讨宫腔操作手术时导致子宫穿孔的原因、防范与处理。方法对11例医源性子宫穿孔病例进行临床分析。结果 11例子宫穿孔患者中,人工流产术致子宫穿孔6例,上环5例。结论针对导致子宫穿孔发生的常见原因,认真防范,做到详细了解病史、仔细术前检查、严格规范操作,一旦穿孔,立即停止操作,及时规范处理。
Objective To investigate the causes of uterine perforation during uterine cavity operation and to prevent and treat it. Methods 11 cases of iatrogenic uterine perforation cases were analyzed. Results 11 cases of uterine perforation patients, induced abortion uterine perforation in 6 cases, 5 cases in Sheung Wan. Conclusions Aiming at the common causes of perforation of the uterus, we should pay attention to the history of the uterine perforation, carefully understand the medical history, carefully check the preoperative examination and strictly regulate the operation. Once perforation, stop the operation immediately and regulate the treatment in time.
