目的分析彩色多普勒超声检查子宫内膜异位症的准确率及变化特点。方法选择在医院接受检查的子宫内膜异位症患者386例,所有孕妇均接受经腹或经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查。结果超声检查宫腔子宫内膜异位症准确率为98.6%,超声检查腹壁子宫内膜异位症准确率为97.7%。结论超声检查子宫内膜异位症诊断准确率高,操作方便,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the accuracy and change characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonography in detecting endometriosis. Methods 386 cases of endometriosis were examined in the hospital. All pregnant women underwent transabdominal or transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography. Results The accuracy of ultrasonography in detecting uterine endometriosis was 98.6%. The accuracy of ultrasound in detecting abdominal wall endometriosis was 97.7%. Conclusion Ultrasonography diagnosis of endometriosis with high accuracy, easy operation, high safety, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
