劳动和社会保障部部长张左己日前向九届全国人大常委会第30次会议报启就业和再就业工作情况时说,下一步将着重从八个方面采取措施,推动就业和再就业工作。一是立足于通过发展经济扩大就业,这是解决就业问题的根本途径。二是多渠道开辟就业门路。要调整产业结构,大力发展第三产业,尤其要积极开发社区服务业和旅游业的就业岗位;调整所有制结构,鼓励发展就业容量大的个体、私营、外商投资、股份合作等多种所有制经济;调整企业结构,发展有市场需求的中小企业,继续发展劳动就业服务企业。
