水溶性卟啉是四原子环配合基,并且具有卟啉环固有的索雷吸收波段。[摩尔吸光系数(ε)=20~50×10~4mol~(-1)dm~3cm~(-1)]是一种金属离子灵敏度很高的分析试剂。然而卟啉类,用作阴离子分析试剂的报告很少。作者发现α,β,γ,δ-4硫代苯基卟啉(TPPS)的银络合物(简称Ag_2-TPPS),与S~(2-)、CN~-、I~-,谷光甘肽、L-半胱氨酸等反应时,银容易从卟啉环中放出。在本报道中,利用这种反应对10~(-7)mol·dm~(-3)浓度的S~(2-)离子的分光光度法作了研究,现叙述如下: 仪器:分光光度计,pH计等。试剂:
Water-soluble porphyrin is a tetraatomic ring ligand, and has a Sole absorption band intrinsic to the porphyrin ring. [Molar Absorption Coefficient (ε) = 20 ~ 50 × 10 ~ 4mol -1 dm ~ 3cm -1] is a kind of analytical reagent with high sensitivity for metal ions. However, there are few reports of porphyrins used as anion analysis reagents. The authors found that Ag2-TPPS of α, β, γ, δ-4thiophenyl porphyrin (TPPS) Peptides, L-cysteine and the like, silver is easily released from the porphyrin ring. In this report, the spectrophotometric method for the determination of S ~ (2-) ions with a concentration of 10 ~ (-7) mol · dm -3 has been studied. The spectrophotometric method is as follows: Instrument: Spectrophotometer , pH meter and so on. Reagents:
