Edwards Payson Weston, the father of the famous American Walk, attended the inauguration of Abraham Lincoln. From Boston in 1961 to the capital Washington. Since then he introduced and promoted widely acclaimed long-distance physical and health walks. Not everyone can reach such a position as Weston: in 1913, he walked from New York to Minneapolis at the age of 74 in only 60 days. Weston convinced that walking does make a person is not aging and energetic, he lived to 90 years old. Walking is one of the most effective ways to enhance physical fitness. This continuous, consistent action uses more muscle than any other form of exercise and is easy to maintain for life. It can be used as a medical plan to prevent or restore post-cardiac function. If walking muscle atrophy, the whole body will shrink. So walking is to some extent the best life insurance. The first thing to note is that you should find the most suitable walking routine for you. If you have a history of heart disease, before walking exercise should ask a doctor to check the body.
