目的研究隐球菌性脑膜炎（隐脑）误诊及其与预后的关系。方法统计分析137例隐球菌脑膜炎患者的误诊及其预后。结果本组病例均有不同程度误诊，误诊疾病达34种，每一例被先后误诊疾病1～4种不等，其中误诊疾病两种以上的有22例。137例中治愈38例，好转34例，恶化而放弃治疗8例，死亡57例。结论首诊医生对本病认识不足，缺乏警惕；实验室对病原菌检测水平不高是延误诊断的主要因素，误诊时间的长短直接影响预后。
Objective To study the misdiagnosis of cryptococcal meningitis (cryptogamy) and its relationship with prognosis. Methods Statistical analysis of 137 cases of cryptococcal meningitis in patients with misdiagnosis and prognosis. Results There were 34 cases of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis in this group of patients. Each case was misdiagnosed 1 ~ 4 kinds of diseases, of which 22 cases were misdiagnosed more than two kinds of diseases. Among 137 cases, 38 cases were cured, 34 cases improved, and 8 cases were given up and 57 cases died. Conclusions First-aid doctors lack of knowledge of the disease, lack of vigilance; laboratory detection of pathogens is not high is the main factor in the delay diagnosis, the length of misdiagnosis directly affect the prognosis.
