本文发现,①随着左心室和右心室游离心肌细胞体积的增大,两组心肌细胞的宽度和厚度明显增加,两者间呈密切直线相关。②右心室体积相同的游离心肌细胞,两组之间在细胞形态上没有显著的差异。③左心室体积相同的游离心肌细胞,实验组与对照组之间在细胞的宽度与厚度上有显著的差异,表现为实验组心肌细胞平均宽度增加(8.3%),而平均厚度减小(7%),从而使实验组心肌细胞的宽与厚度比值明显高于对照组(14.2%)。
