“饿死不做贼,屈死不告状”这句谚语在当今社会的民间依然不断被人们所提起和践行。从古至今,中国传统礼法精神的传承与发展在中国底层社会的表象里不断浮现。人们对于道德的至高崇尚与现代法治权利意识的淡薄形成鲜明的对比。作为处于转型期的国家,中国社会法治精神在社会中的建设迫在眉睫。从而作为法治精神内核的挖掘和建构不得不成为当今社会所要建设的一项重大任务。
