一九九五十二月二十日川府发[1995]180号省政府同意省住房制度改革领导小组提出的《四川省深化城镇住房制度改革方案》,现印发给你们,请贯彻执行。这个方案是贯彻《国务院关于深化城镇住房的制度改革的决定》的具体办法,是指导全省今后一段时期住房制度改革的主要政策性文件。各级政府要高度重视,加强领导,把这项改革搞好。全面推行住房公积金制度是转变住房体制、建立城镇住房新制度的核心。住房公积金的经营和管理是住房改革的中心环节,住房公积金的管理和使用必须制度化、规范化,即房改领导组织决策、公积金管理中心运营、银行设立专户、财政部门监督。各级政府必须坚持住房公积金只能用于住房的原则。
