近年来国务院与教育部明确提出校企合作的培养模式,同时出台扶持校企合作的法规与政策。但校企合作法规不健全,执行不到位,学校、企业双方的权利义务缺乏必要的监督和约束,顶岗实习管理工作存在很多问题,顶岗实习没有达到预期效果。从校企合作法制化、管理主体多元化、评价体系有效化三个方面提出新的思考。
In recent years, the State Council and the Ministry of Education have explicitly put forward the training mode for the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and have also promulgated laws and policies that support the cooperation between schools and enterprises. However, the laws and regulations on school-enterprise cooperation are not perfect, and the implementation is not in place. The rights and obligations of schools and enterprises lacks the necessary supervision and restraint. There are many problems in the internship management and the internships do not achieve the expected results. From the school-enterprise cooperation in the legal system, the diversification of the main body of management, the effectiveness of the evaluation system put forward three new thinking.
