农村新课程改革正在全面展开,但是,农村经济落后,学校投入不足,教学设施落后,教学管理滞后,功利主义倾向严重,农村教师队伍的专业素质不容乐观,对素质教育的理解有偏差,教师难于驾驭新教材,参与新课改的积极性不高。以上诸因素制约着农村新课改的实施。要加大农村教育投入,改善办学条件,加强教师队伍建设,科学设置课程,建立科学的评价体系,缩小城乡办学差距,推动农村新课改的顺利实施,促进城乡教育协调发展。
The reform of rural new curriculum is in full swing. However, the backward rural economy, inadequate investment in schools, backward teaching facilities, lagging teaching management, serious utilitarianism, poor professional qualifications in rural teachers, poor understanding of quality education, There is not much enthusiasm to master the new teaching materials and participate in the new curriculum reform. The above factors restrict the implementation of the new curriculum reform in rural areas.
