通过对 2 0世纪 80年代末、90年代初我国优秀女子铅球运动员和现役国家队运动员共计 31人 15 5例试掷的运动学对比分析 ,建立了我国女子铅球运动员各项技术指标评定体系。本研究的一些结果可以为我国女子铅球运动员中、短期训练提供参考
Through the comparative analysis of 15 5 cases of throwing throws of 31 elite female shot-putters and active-duty national team athletes in the late 1980s and early 1990s in the country, the evaluation system of technical indicators of Chinese female shot put was established. Some results of this study can provide reference for short-term training of Chinese female shot-putters
