食管真菌感染在肿瘤、艾滋病等免疫功能障碍的人群中常有发现 ,并得到医务人员的重视。但在一般人群中并不少见 ,临床上漏诊误诊较多。 1998年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年 5月 ,经胃镜检查并证实为食管真菌感染共 2 3例。现报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 :2 3例均因上腹部不适等
