几年来,霍州煤电集团白龙矿工会积极推进送温暖工程,由以前临时的、分散的、低层次的帮助困难职工,逐步向规范化、制度化、经常化的职工互助合作保障体系发展,初步实现了组织机构健全、运作机制完善、资金管理规范、功能作用突出、实施效果明显的目标,并在帮困救助、互助互济、促进再就业、增进福利四个方面有了新突破。
Over the past few years, Bailong Miners’ Union of Huozhou Coal & Electricity Group has actively promoted the delivery of warmth projects and gradually helped and standardized the development of the system by standardizing, systematizing and reclaiming the help from employees in temporary, scattered and low levels. It has initially achieved the goals of sound organizational structure, sound operational mechanism, standardized fund management, prominent function and effective implementation and has made new breakthroughs in four aspects: helping the poor, helping each other, promoting reemployment and promoting welfare.
