1989年5月,在江苏省家鼠型EHF疫区进行鼠间传播因素调查中,发现鼠密度高的地区,鼠的EHF抗原、抗体阳性率均显著高于鼠密度低的地区;鼠体皮肤破损组鼠的EHF抗原、抗体阳性率显著高于无破损组;鼠肺EHF抗原阳性者,鼠粪EHF抗原阳性率均明显高于胃残留食物EHE抗原阳性率。结合鼠各脏器EHF抗原检测结果分析表明:在家鼠型EHF鼠间传播因素中,以鼠间密切接触和鼠体皮肤破损为主要因素。
