由黄河勘测规划设计有限公司,黄河水利科学研究院、黄委水文局等单位完成的“小浪底水库拦沙期防洪减淤运用方式研究”项目通过了主管部门组织的成果鉴定。鉴定认为.该项目基于实地调研和原型观测,运用数学模型计算,实体模型试验等技术手段,系统研究了小浪底水库拦沙期防洪减淤运用方式的关键技术,在以下几个方面取得了突破和创新:(1)首次提出了“多年调节泥沙、相机降低水位冲刷、拦沙和调水调沙”的小浪底水库拦沙后期防洪减淤运用方式,系统解决了多沙河流水库调度和下游河道减淤的技术难题.
