贯彻落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,各级领导干部是关键。本课题以在中央党校进修学习的部分厅局级干部学员为主体,进行了领导干部关于创新发展理念的问卷调研工作,剖析了领导干部贯彻落实创新发展理念存在的问题及其原因,并有针对性地提出了关于提升对创新发展理念的认识、加强创新发展动力、加强创新发展制度保障三方面的对策建议。
