工业化和信息化是现代经济发展的内在动力。经济发展的驱动力也正在从传统工业化的单轮驱动(工业化)向新型工业化的双轮驱动(工业化和信息化)转变。2008年全球金融危机以来,世界各国加快了寻找经济发展新动力的步伐,新一轮全球性的技术革命正在发生。新一代电子信息技术的发展,也必然要渗透到生产的各个领域,与工业化融合,提升传统产业竞争力。
Industrialization and informationization are the intrinsic motives for the development of the modern economy. The driving force of economic development is also shifting from the single-wheel drive (industrialization) of traditional industrialization to the two-wheel drive (industrialization and informationization) of new-type industrialization. Since the global financial crisis in 2008, all countries in the world have accelerated their search for new momentum for economic development. A new round of global technological revolution is taking place. The development of a new generation of electronic information technology is also bound to infiltrate into all fields of production, integrate with industrialization and enhance the competitiveness of traditional industries.
