目的 让更多的人了解高压氧治疗糖尿病足的疗效。 方法 对用高压氧综合治疗的老年糖尿症足33例(HBO组)与常规治疗的15例(对照组)进行比较。结果HBO组在改善症状。控制血糖、提高患肢末端血氧饱和度等方面均优于对照组。 结论 高压氧治疗老年糖尿病足疗效确切,应作为该病综合治疗主要措施之一而在临床上推广应用。
Purpose To let more people understand the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Thirty-three elderly patients with diabetes mellitus (HBO group) treated with hyperbaric oxygen were compared with 15 patients treated with conventional therapy (control group). Results The HBO group improved symptoms. Control blood sugar, improve limb oxygen saturation and other aspects are better than the control group. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment of elderly diabetic foot curative effect is exact, should be used as one of the main measures of the disease comprehensive treatment in clinical popularization and application.
