文化、生态、高效是新课堂构建的三个维度,它们相互依存,相互促进,共同实现学生道德素养、心智技能等方面的全面发展。我校从2010年开始,组织广大教师围绕三维目标的达成,探索新课堂的构建,取得了初步成效。一、构建文化课堂,尊重学生的情感和人格构建文化课堂,就是尊重学生的情感和人格。所谓文化课堂,就是在教学过程中,充分挖掘教学内容的文化元素和与之相联系的地域文化资源,让学生在获取知识的同时,获得高尚的情感体验、向上的精神力量和纯粹的心灵感
