目的:建立玳玳果药材及其总黄酮有效部位的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价其质量控制提供有效的方法。方法:运用HPLC对6批玳玳果及其总黄酮有效部位进行指纹图谱的分析和方法学考察,流动相采用0.05%磷酸水-0.05%磷酸乙腈梯度洗脱,250-4LichrocartC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长284nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃。结果:建立了玳玳果药材及玳玳果总黄酮有效部位的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,各批玳玳果药材及其总黄酮有效部位的相似度均>0.900,玳玳果药材指纹图谱与玳玳果总黄酮有效部位指纹图谱具有良好的相关性。结论:所建立的方法精密度、稳定性及重复性良好,特征性及专属性强,可作为有效控制玳玳果药材及其总黄酮有效部位质量的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprints of tomatsu fruit and its effective fractions of total flavonoids, and to provide an effective method for scientifically evaluating its quality control. Methods: Six batches of toadstool and its flavonoids active fractions were analyzed by HPLC and the methodological study was carried out. The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of 0.05% phosphoric acid-0.05% phosphoric acid in acetonitrile, 250-4Lichrocart C18 column 4.6mm, 5μm), detection wavelength 284nm, flow rate 1.0mL / min, column temperature 25 ℃. Results: The HPLC fingerprinting pattern of topaz and berry fruit flavonoids and the effective fractions of toxoplasmosis flavonoids were established. The similarity of the toadstools and the effective fractions of the flavonoids in each batch was> 0.900. To the berry flavonoids effective part of the fingerprinting has a good correlation. Conclusion: The established method has good precision, stability and repeatability, strong specificity and specificity, and can be used as a method to effectively control the quality of toadstool and its total flavonoids.
