目的:观察甲泼尼龙辅助治疗小儿大叶性支原体肺炎的疗效,为临床工作提供参考。方法:选择大叶性支原体肺炎患儿68例,随机分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组患儿给予大环内酯类抗生素联合退热、止咳、雾化等对症治疗。观察组患儿在此基础上加用甲泼尼龙治疗。观察并比较两组患儿咳嗽缓解时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间的差异。分别于治疗后1周、2周进行胸部X线检查,观察并比较两组患儿炎症吸收情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组咳嗽缓解时间、体温恢复时间和住院时间均明显较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周、2周胸部X线检查结果提示观察组炎症基本吸收例数均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用甲泼尼龙辅助治疗小儿大叶性支原体肺炎,可较快缓解临床症状、缩短住院时间。同时可促进炎症吸收,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of methylprednisolone in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children and provide reference for clinical work. Methods: 68 cases of Mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 34 cases. The control group given macrolide antibiotics combined fever, cough, atomization and other symptomatic treatment. Observation group children on the basis of plus methylprednisolone treatment. Observe and compare the two groups of children with cough relief time, body temperature recovery time, hospitalization time differences. Thoracic X-ray examination was performed at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment respectively. Inflammation and absorption of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group cough relief time, body temperature recovery time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The results of chest X-ray examination at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment showed that the number of cases of basic absorption of inflammation in the observation group was more than that of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of methylprednisolone in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children can relieve clinical symptoms and shorten the hospital stay. At the same time can promote the absorption of inflammation, it is worth clinical application.
