In 1994, the Suzhou Foreign Trade Crafts Factory, located in the depths of the alleyway, united the whole plant in the dilemma of “the market is siege by thousands of people”. Under the leadership of the factory director, Ma Shuxun, he rushed left and right, attacked on all four sides. A “trilogy” of economic development that involves reforms, adjustments, and foreign trade has been played. ——Singing a reform song that urges motivation. On December 30, 1993, the joint-stock cooperative enterprise of Suzhou Foreign Trade Crafts Co., Ltd. was formally established and became the first reformed pilot unit of the industrial system in Jinyu District. The reforms have unveiled the prelude to “external editors” facing difficulties and fighting for advancement. The advanced operation at the end of 1993 enabled the enterprises to enter the development track of restructuring and transformation in a timely manner, enhancing the power, vitality and cohesiveness of foreign trade process factories. Last year, the foreign trade composition market was abnormally sluggish and deserted, and the enterprises were in crisis. The factory’s people’s hearts were stable, and the whole factory decided to make decisions. This will undoubtedly benefit reforms, benefiting from the “benchmark effect” brought about by reforms. This effect, in a nutshell, is that the joint-stock system brings together employees and shareholders in one person, and integrates capital and interests, and brings together rights and responsibilities. Centralizedly, all the external editors have turned their sights on the collective benefits and self-revenues, which is an “one-sided, two-sided” interest baseline for the company.
