美国国家导弹防御系统(简称NMD),自前总统里根在1983年提出“星球大战”(SDI)计划以来,前后共投资了600亿美元,研制了18年。在这段时间内,原计划中包括天基武器、X射线激光器等许多设想和试验在此期间均遭碰壁。目前能拿得出来的,主要是以高空地空导弹系统为核心的拦截系统。
The United States National Missile Defense System (NMD) has invested a total of 60 billion U.S. dollars over the 18 years since the President Reagan proposed the “Star Wars” (SDI) plan in 1983. During this period, many of the original plans, including space-based weapons and X-ray lasers, were conceived and tested. Currently able to get it out, mainly based on the high-altitude surface-to-air missile system interception system.
